It's in "Other - Too Obvious to have to make a Rule".

By tampering with the content of someone's post, to misconstrue what they said, your post is not about the company, it's about being disruptive towards the other poster.
Therefore, "Off Topic".

I'm looking for the IHUB rule link on the veracity on quoting posts.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
