GETH . . . is pleased to announce that it has signed the building lease for its Carbon Finishing Plant and will start construction work immediately. The lease includes an option to utilize the total of three buildings with over 170,000 sq/ft of space for additional carbon processing lines.

They been working on the place sine April and now decide to ACCELERATE the project?

In the mean time they lost some sq footage, was 170+k, now 163k LMAO

The Company has leased space in one building, comprising 23,000 square feet, with an option for another 140,000 for additional carbon processing lines.
