Dilution has already occurred. Recent financing at low-ball prices and millions and millions of warrants.

Very likely to be more to complete the required regulatory and commercialization activities.

Dahl doesn't care about dilution as long as the doors are open .... he's good with it. Has never gotten how that destroys value unnecessarily. One time I suggested govt grants for algae ..... his response .... takes too long. And here we are 4 years later ..... LOL. Didn't want to get free money .... which is not a laughing matter for a company that doesn't have any money.
