I wonder how long “soon” will be before $MSPC actually submits CURRENT filings (if they ever do)??? In a 6/22/17 8K, $MSPC promised current filings within 71 calendar days of 6/12/17 but that didn’t materialize, and these people remained both inactive and silent until October 2017. They offered a lame, indefensible excuse for not complying with their own 6/22/17 8K (nor even issuing an amendment). On 10/17/17 we were promised in a Press Release that we would see current filings “in a few days” but the only filing that actually been filed was a 10/30/17 filing for the March 2016-ending quarter. Claims have been made of supposed profits in 2017, but so far, we haven’t had any actual proof (filings) that any 2017 profits actually do exist. If these profits do exist, then I urge $MSPC to produce the expected SEC filings ASAP.
