Visited the Coral Springs Luckys Market yesterday and a lot has happened since.
First I spoke with the grocery manager regarding the coffee sales and then the barista at the cafe. Like any startup there were some slight issues that I don't care to discuss and won't,they are too miniscule and I wouldn't want anything blown out of proportion. Here's what happened next.
I sent an email regarding the issues to Ryan Medico,CFO, explaining what I found and within an hour received two emails from him with an explanation on the issues and the solutions he applied.
I've come to realize that Ryan is traveling and promoting so much that some tiny things are going to slip by. My email alerted him and within an hours time, not only did he call the store to fix the subtle problems but also took the time to respond to me. Courteous and professional. He did disclose that the Orlando store sold out and that a promotion will be occurring there in a couple of weeks.
The Coral Springs grocery manager gave our product the best shelf in that section and should sell out fairly quick.
This is you're feet on the ground reporting and now back to the studio.
