I don't know Biz I put 10000 at .10 on the ask late last week out of curiosity. Someone took 6000 the other 4000 sat while many other trades went through. Many looked to me like matching trades like. Someone selling shares back and forth. I think it's mostly market makers playing their games. Still got 10000 on the ask at .10 not being touched.
