LOL, VGTL is a Real Hidden Gem in terms of small OS --- 600M shares at most (Gagged TA, there is no way to know the exact OS count) while the other pos scams have 1B ~ 100B or more shares of OS and the Endless Giant Dilutions and the Repeated Huge R/Ss! Anyway its peer has 592M/62M shares FIXED Small OS/float (from its TA on 10/12/2017) as well... Any OTC stock with less than 1B shares OS but ever hit 0.0001 should be called an Hidden Gem because this kind of stock can easily surge 10-Bagger or more within just one day!

For any stock if there is no any reason to buy, then you should wait for the proper price to sell. If there is no any reason to sell it, then you should wait for a good price to buy. Nothing in between to waste one's time! Why should one concern about a stock if there is no any interest to buy nor sell?

I've been holding and trading VGTL near one year --- that is long enough to get familiar with any OTC stock!

Why should the SEC shut down a normal OTC stock against all its USA investors? As a government agency they should protect the investors!
