RAS is Hyper Undervalued now --- Huge Book Value $2.23 per share, Very High Cash Value $0.96 per share, and Giant Enterprise Value $16.65 per share v.s. trading at Mere $0.417 ~ $0.3601 today!
RAS is also Hyper Oversold most recently --- 53.71% Huge price crash from $0.7777 to $0.36 within just a few weeks!
The bounce is due to Hyper Undervalued and Hyper Oversold! As I known there is no any good news at all! Otherwise RAS should already hit $0.61 (on 10/19/2017, see the chart below) again at least...
