I’ve recently noticed FINRA is not granting the reverse splits as easily as they once did, they ask questions and often the company is not able to supply them with satisfactory answers. I understand the process should take about ten days unless the information provided is incomplete, or if FINRA thinks it needs to know more. Then it’s longer.
It looks like ASKE filed with the SOS for a 1:2500 Reverse Split on 10/20/17.
