You do understand that BITCF also operates in the dark - OTCM companies that doesn't have their stock registered with the SEC - and have zero SEC Reporting obligations aren't a wise investment.

BITCF doesn't file audited financials - so they have the liberty to be very creative with the financials and press releases.
