I don’t think u are missing something - they were just testing for tolerability at 1/2 the treatment dose - the fact of reoccurrence isn’t surprising when you aren’t at a treatment dose - plus even at 1/2 the dose the problem didn’t get worse and bought more time and may have not reoccurred with additional treatments - unless I too am missing something.
