I don't really understand what could happen next... but I have been following the case since its inception as I think Jnvtl has as well and possibly Toffle? But I think either it will sit in "no man's land" and do nothing, it will be "bought" and used for a company or it will be manipulated by the MM's because it is under the radar now.

The court appointed attorney guy, Mark B has to submit his final summary and report... that is the last step, I believe, before the Judge declares is a closed case. I am waiting for that to happen. He had sent me an email that he had planned to do that by the end of August but then a another bill got challenged so I think that put his target back a quarter.

This is just my opinion.
