What? That’s entirely false - it Doesn't “appear to be fact”, it is FACT - yet again.

Check the EVTI filings for the documentation you’re looking for, there are pages of convertible notes - they would be rather difficult to miss.

state which is your intent, and if fact then please provide documentation.
