This is a no news to me, I've seen it before where minime drops fluff on potential merger candidates and then dumps millions of shares into a pump and walks away with money. New batch of investors just got shafted.

So freakin obvious. Modus operandi as someone puts it.

This bs story may not even have a follow up to it. There may be a merger coming but there was a dilution before you know it.
