Please help me get Fidelity to FixBug!

If you are customer you know there day by day balances are invalid, and Fid knows this when you call yet never fixes it

Here is the petition. BTW today it showed balance of $106K, $220K, $69K and $106k within one hour! So the bug is getting worse.

For over 10 years Fidelity Investments has had a bug in their software that shows thousands of dollars of gains for the day in one part of screen for the account and thousands or even tens of thousands of losses at the exact same time in other parts of the screen. When customers call support about this support says they are aware of it and constantly get calls from customers about it. However support does not expect the massive bug to ever be fixed, as prior requests have never been acted on.

Fidelity is the only brokerages that has this problem, IB, Scottrade, E-Trade, etc. have highly accurate real time account balances in their software.

We the customers of Fidelity and other concerned citizens demand that Fidelity stop ignoring their customers and fix this bug that could easily be fixed in one week and has not been fixed in over ten years.
