I don’t see numerous lawsuits against Giguiere and EVTI as a “positive”. Today’s volume has been huge sell volume, how is that a positive result?

In addition, experienced traders know what to look for, i.e., the red flags. They are numerous with EVTI:

- An SEC Registrant which hasn’t filed in years
- A Stop Sign on OTCMarkets
- Weighted average trades
- A reinstatement followed by huge dumping
- Giguiere involved in numerous lawsuits
- EVTI involved in numerous lawsuits
- PRs that are never finalized
- Literally pages of EVTI toxic convertible noteholders

That’s simply a starter, there’s so much more.
