What you are saying is akin to claiming the lottery ticket you just bought for $1 is worth much more because it can theoretically win the top prize. It isn't - it is worth what you paid for it (if not less). NBRI's claims are just shots in the dark, especially since they are not exploring them at all. They are really bad lottery tickets, hoping some other company that actually IS EXPLORING will find something near by and potentially make another company want to option them.
That is it. The claims have no current value, and the odds of them ever having any value are incredibly remote. And even if they did, they value would still be minimal - substantially less than NBRI owes to the toxic death spiral convertible holders.
But it is all moot anyway. NBRI will be revoked by the SEC very shortly.
