Yes Agree. It ran from 0.0007/8 to 0.0092 last year with similar SS. Company issued shares last year for new acquisitions and revenue went up 10 times for the 1st 9 months. So shares issued are no issues when the revenue increases. Also never seen any OTC company doing Multiple mergers with AS:1B. Its always r/s or bigger AS. I believe EFFI could be a nice runner when the company starts filing again. They mentioned in the last PR that filings and getting current before end of year.
