in my opinion, this next earnings report will tell it all, Assuming the Samsung settlement will be reflected in it. If the settlement is anything in the 3-5 million range, it will be eaten up by Fortress and Pepper Hamilton fees and interest payments.
The main issue is recurring revenue and license agreements with all those who have settled. It certainly would be nice if the company could provide some guidance on this, but since they don't, I can only assume that there is no recurring payments, and that the settlements were a 1 time payment.... can't imagine why anyone would have agreed to that, but that may be the case.
We shall see within a week....
