IMO the real obstacle isnt the CE, its finding out where the promo came from. Whoever put forth the promo had a lot of shares. We went from .005 to .01 range on 81mill before. Today and Friday we have traded around that mostly between .004-.005.

I do not believe new management had anything to do with it at all, but again thats my opinion.
