If you measure in 3 ways: Per person income, median household income and median family income, 9 out of the 10 poorest states are red.

Legal marijuana will have the best chance of success in blue states. It's already proving true. Everyone was excited about Colorado going legal in 2014, and we saw a massive sector run.

The next big kahuna is California. Then Canada July 2018. Was there a sector run after a red state went legal? Can't find it. Probably because it's like pulling teeth to make a red state accept marijuana.
