This has occurred a few times in the past and this time I'm forwarding to the SEC and Nevada Secretary of State for investigation of Securities Fraud. As you can see the trade was for ONE SHARE at 001. That obviously means it was NOT a retail sale with Hundreds of Millions shares on the SHOWN 0001 ASK and absolutely NO BID. My suspicion is that Mr. Grodnik is attempting to lure unsuspecting and inexperienced traders into the FALSE belief that the pps achieved 001. That's illegal, and I'm reporting it.
