Good point about Alan Levine. I hadn't looked him up. He really is very high-end, and if I am correctly reading between the lines he is as much about settlement as about litigation, as compared to Skadden's guy, Joseph Sacca, who to me just comes off as an attack dog. Maybe that's how that's how Elysium has to be played, since they are holding weak cards, but we'll see.
