Sure, glad to hepp. The reason is: YIPI is a pennyscam dark, non-reporting ticker run by a midget who refers to himself as CEO of this little turd scam. The midget, like many small, underdeveloped males, as a Napoleonic Complex (more like a Napoleon Dynamite complex) and thinks he and his little pennyscam is much, much more that he/it actually is.

He also claimed his former part-time solo bumbling lawyer tried to carjack him and assault him from behind in the car.

The little dude is whacked - that's the CEO of this little non-reporting, dark turdscam.
