He IS consistent: throwing shareholder money away (oil and gas deals, cancer companies, online MJ businesses, HempCon, Bhang, "loan insurance", being shut down by the SEC, a Federal Judge finding illegal securities transactions).
Selling MNTR shares after securities violations alleged in a lawsuit against Chester and before acknowledging same in SEC filings.
If the SEC shuts down MNTR, he will have managed to get hundreds of thousands of dollars out, unlike the poor other shareholders left holding worthless MNTR shares.
