The license agreement permits HOJ to use the character names, costumes, artwork logos, and other elements depicted in the 2009 movie "The Hangover" during the term of the license agreement, which expired January 31, 2013. The Company then negotiated an extension to this license agreement through January, 2016.

Interestingly, January, 2016 was the first mentions of Korea. Right after hjoe licensing with everyone expired. But of course that didn't stop the hjoe principals from continuing advertising, knowingly illegally the copyrighted names.
