What we see is serious "manipulation" per recent visits to various HFT exchanges. BIG block holders are shorting, going flat, buying over and over and over on a daily basis. They get .03 cents per share per trade regardless of direction. obvious they are deliberately driving the share price DOWN to accumulate more shares.
Look at the charts for the past 6-9 months and see the share price, now look at today.
We have been buying to average down as well. Still, this is a long term investment, maybe a year or so.
The lawsuit is a common type, trying to get Company to throw some $$$$$ at the inception, IF, repeat IF the Court even accepts the suit on merit.???? If so, during opening arguments the Judge may dismiss if not valid owing to proximate cause. VERY difficult to prove "fraud" ,..which requires "intent".
