I think this is good. May be a hurt to the SP in the short term, but the Chinese do have deep pockets and they do want more investment in oil and in Africa. Good Ray is still the boss. I am sure the Chinese are under the impression that there is oil there. Maybe Ray convinced them with the studies that have been done. If Guinea approves, then that is great... we will see. Maybe the extension will happen very shortly. Something had to be done. Ray is still hard at work. Gotta Believe, I guess...
