Does that remove 15 billion Development ?

5% exit divvy's on 30 Billion. 1.469 billion of 1.5 billion collected

31million left X 20 share conversion = 620,000,000

15 billion X 5% = 750,000,000 be 780,000,000. 78k investment on 2011 quarterly 780,000,000 at DUTV with argument as to who own shares.

620,000,000 + 780,000,000 = 1.4 billion on fundamentals 78% reported insider owned might be more now.

Is that 1.4 billion of 30 billion is what ?
