Yes I did ask about the foreclosure lawsuit and he said the shareholders will most likely get nothing as is typical in this type of sale and that furthermore as a shareholder I could not sign up as a creditor for any money from the sale. I was pushing for anything but a foreclosure sale. I told him I would have liked to have seen someone buy the company and turn it around for everyone involved including the employees of Boreal Water who I understand are still working at the bottling plant. I'm sure he is aware he could do an audit if he wanted to maybe he is not interested or doesn't have the time or it's not his responsibility and so on.
