I am sure Roddy misspoke, as their would be no reason to make false reports to the SEC. Those reports clearly show lack of cash, employees, and revenue. It may be that the Doctor is keeping the place open as a placeholder for something else? I do not think that the current shareholders will ever get more than a few pennies per invested dollar. The dilution is massive and since the company has not sold their product in any meaningful way there is little or no chance of them ever going on a run. They have marketed it to the AD business, which in the climates that the GKG grows, is a business that has not gotten through the cost issues associated with building the plants.
