Final nail in the coffin will be the earnings coming out mid month.

This will tell it all. If you see no money from the Samsung settlement, or any increase in revenue from all the other settlements, then the tick down clock starts.

Seems to me, without any detail provided from ANDR, that all of the settlements so far, down to the penny make sure that the loyers, and Fortress have been made whole and thats it. No table scraps for the shareholders.
