Scammed?? That doesn't make any sense. Why go through the work and cost of SEC filings and updates without doing any pumping or share selling? I'd be more worried if they were issuing fluff PRs yet they haven't issued any PRs in years.

The company has been in constant contact with the SEC in an effort to make this legit. See the SEC letter on 9/18/17 and the mentions in the company filings. They are requesting more information. That is what appears to be the delay.

Take a look around the OTC and see how many scams bother filing with the SEC. It doesn't make sense to go through that. That's what makes me believe this is legit. Real plays take a lot longer than simple pump and dumps. The CEO hasn't gone anywhere.
