I think by this post you were meaning when is the report actually supposed to be out by.
UAMM follows a 'regular' yearly schedule as year end is 12/31. So the most recent quarter which ended September 30th, should be out November 15th at the latest(UAMM is a non-accelerated Filer, so they have 45 days from quarter end to report). If they need more time, they can file a "NT 10-Q" which gives them an extra 5 days to report.
In response to the original question, I do believe they will file on time. Why? because there isn't much to report and they aren't doing anything else in the mean time. Additionally as someone stated before, this company has normally reported on time and stayed current over the last 3-5 years.
