I have contacted numerous party's involved in the asset sale. Some ignored my calls while others were receptive, yet yielded little to no information as they felt there is no legal responsibility to provide updates to Tetralogic shareholders. Clearly Tetralogic shareholders are not Medivir shareholders thus Medivir is indeed correct in that they are not required to provide SEC filing for Tetralogic, but Medivir does potentially owe Tetralogic shareholders hundreds of millions of dollars and therefor I believe Tetralogic shareholders have a legal right to know the status of our potential milestone payments.
