What available, operating company would ever accept any shares from MMEG wanting to buy their own assets with a bloated share structure!

I can't imagine any intelligent owner of an available company would ever agree to accept .0001 shares in exchange for his company or his employment situation.

Any simple reading of this company's future would tell the reader that the low priced, BILLIONS of shares produced by the poor CEO to purchase an income producing company, would never happen in the real world!
