That is pretty irrelevant. Many companies do that with tax friendly states such as Nevada, Wyoming, and Delaware. I did it myself for my real estate investment company, even though none of my properties were anywhere close to Nevada. It's very smart and saves a ton of money in taxes. It's about knowing how to efficiently run a company's books.
