I don't think LLLI has anything to deal with this situation. The CTOA deal is nice if they can get a good amount of recurring revenues and finally show a profit. The share price staying around 2 cents shows me that investors are in a show me kind of attitude with regards to LLLI. I am holding onto my shares that I have had for years because I like the kind of promise that LLLI always had. Hopefully, they are close to their product catching on and recurring revenues and profits that will drive the share price much higher.
