The Swedish Securities Council

I believe that the Swedish Securities Council is tasked with minority shareholder protection. Please review the links below. It may be our best and only option to receive fair treatment.

Takeover Rules - for Nasdaq Stockholm and Nordic Growth Market NGM

Takeover Rules for Regulated Markets Prepared by the Swedish Corporate Governance Board - 1 February 2015

There are sections in the takeover rules about minority shareholders and subscription rights. They are not located all in the same place. Search for them to know and understand what we should expect from Arcam (and General Electric).

Our time to speak is now and not only on this message board. The best link for a contact (that I can find) is Secretariat of the Swedish Securities Council. Call or email them with your concerns. This is their job. They are employed to make sure that all shareholders are treated equally and fairly.

Make initial contact to voice your general concern and follow up when you've had more time to review the rules. I think that there is more information available concerning our rights to fair treatment with stock ownership. I will post more as I find it. Please feel free to look, too. Look and share.
