Again...the action wasn’t against SKTO...but Jan and Mayor...and both were involved in AEGY as well.

The lack of any reference to AEGY in the action against Jan and Mayor does not mean that AEGY is clean or will possibly come back.

As I said, the action against Jan and Mayor means it is even less likely because it just shows that all of the iEquity stuff was bogus and it was the parent company to both AEGY AND SKTO.
