Correct. I may loose my 5% ownership but I still come out on top as my exit price on this stock is less then the exercise price of said warrants. so I still make money.

Also this mass dilution won't happen overnight as the A/S will need to be increased.

I may be mistaken and if I am I'm only out like 30k so whopty doo.
