The action wasn’t against SKTO or AEGY for that matter...it was against Jan and Mayor. And like I said Jan and Mayor agreed to the settlement...obviously the SEC had a lot further they could go...if they fought it.

But the tickers were suspended together and will stay dead together. It’s over for them...and was a long time ago before this SEC settlement was announced.
