I very skeptical of this reasoning. The funding announcement was almost 2 months ago. If they had started at the end of September, they easily could have foundations in before the winter sets in. It's only 30,000SF. I have a feeling their project isn't as "ready to build" as they've claimed. Given the track record of never building anything, I remain skeptical
