SEC isn’t going to delist this any time soon. The stock was current and the SEC allowed a ticker change last year from VHMC, a long way to go before the SEC would even raise an eyebrow.

Who knows how far along they got in updating without filing during the attempt to sell this ticker to Satic. I’m guessing most of the work is done and now Pope doesn’t have any money to file until something shows interest in the shell.
