I have had trouble getting thru on the link for the MOU for the R/M between BANJ and Sepctrum King LED but I finally found it at https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1481504/000147793217004838/banj_ex991.htm
Sep.20th was the signing date with a 60 day limit to execute so the count down is on 21 days left. It also seems that BANJ can not have more than $10000 in debt (par 8) to finalize the deal. Maybe that why they are unloading shares cheap.
