Could be - it looks like it's a Cellular based service that rides the same spectrum as LTE and is primarily focused on Indoor coverage, so it will be dependent on a good signal.

Could be that 5Barz is way more ahead of the game than we realize. I'm sure Gil has deep insight into evolving technology and may be trying to position 5Barz to be "Future State" ready! That's probably what they are working with Vodadone on, to develop 'clusters' of network extenders that function in their cell sites, perhaps for this very reason, IoT.
