People on the BOD are not common folk like you and I, they are in a far better position to make money than you or I. They could be sitting right now eating dinner and planning how they are gonna screw us over and over. They can get paid in many ways just not shares on an empty company, for all we know this all could be a charade. They get to go to other positions with higher salaries or get better opportunities to make money. Also they may not need the money and just be doing a favor. There are so many variables opinions speculation.

The truth is nobody knows crap and there are no guarantees so this could end up as a Flop.
