Job description

Fuquan Capital (www.fuquancapital.com) is a conglomerate of leading Chinese companies that will be trading on the NASDAQ as FQCC.

Job Responsibilities:

Financial and Accounting analysis of subsidiary companies. Preparation of basic accounting statements.

Reporting directly to the CEO.

Job Duties:

Organize and analyze incoming financial information from subsidiary companies and potential M&A targets.
Company analysis, provide recommendations to the CEO on financial transactions.
Complete financial analysis projects as deemed by the CEO.
Represents the CEO by attending meetings with subsidiary companies in the CEO's absence; and reporting any relevant information.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Translate documents from Chinese to English
Occasional travel globally in china for meetings, conventions and internal corporate meetings.

Required skills:

Strong written and verbal English
Strong written and verbal Mandarin
Microsoft Office proficiency
Accounting and Finance proficiency
Strong knowledge of investment terms and structures
Basic knowledge of most major Chinese Cities, industries and economic trends.
Ability and eagerness to learn new concepts quickly
Ability to travel globally with reasonable notice period given.
