Don’t know how a Songbird deal is possible when BLTA is financially dark and the company still hasn’t restated false past financials. How could close on a Songbird deal when BLTA still can’t provide any financial transparency? IMO, with zero financial disclosures from BLTA, this Songbird deal is in serious trouble.
