Not sure why this company has rebounded off the lows since the quarterly report that came out was full of toxic financing that appears to be convertible at any time. I liked the price at .02. Now, it doesn't appeal nearly as much since we are 5 months away from anything happening...perplexing. It appears to be manipulated since there were lots of shares sold and it didn't take the price down at all.
